Market Monitor Global and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. By using or visiting our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use or visit Market Monitor Global.

License Terms & Conditions

In order to enable user-friendly, pester-less, uninterrupted, and complete access to products and services produced by “Market Monitor Global”, all that a client needs to do is, agree with our license terms and conditions.

Single User License

– When you choose ‘Single-User’ license, Market Monitor Global will give you the right to use ONE nontransferable, allowing one specific user access to the product. The report will be emailed to you. The report is sent in PDF format.. Under this license policy, the client is adhered to use, store, display by himself/herself. The client will have the allowance to print only ONE duplicate of the report for this self using, nevertheless he must not photocopy for circulation purpose. Besides the aforementioned, the product user will not be permitted to do any of the following:

Do not Broadcast or allow access to share the report to any third party to use and/or garner access to the report.
The client, who has opted for our single-licensed product, cannot sub-license, rent, transfer or make an attempt to authorize rights in any part of the report to any party that has not been authorized by Market Monitor Global.
Apart from any in-house business purposes, the client cannot generate database, change or modify, copy, distribute, commercially work, use or store any kind of content from the report purchased.
The client does not have the permission to use the report in any particular way that would mean breaching the terms and conditions that are mentioned in this license agreement.

Corporate Users License

– When a client opts for ‘Corporate Users License’or ‘group license”,Market Monitor Global will allow up to allowing all employees within your organisation access to the product. The report will be emailed to you. The report is sent in PDF format.What's more, the company can use the data, table, picture and figure on the report. Besides the aforementioned, the product user will not be permitted to do any of the following:

The client, who has opted for our Corporate-licensed product, the company can use the data, table, picture and figure on the report authorized by Market Monitor Global .Apart from any in-house business purposes, the client cannot generate database, change or modify, copy, distribute, commercially work, use or store any kind of content from the report purchased.
The client does not have the permission to use the report in any particular way that would mean breaching the terms and conditions that are mentioned in this license agreement.

Rights and Responsibilities

Customer

Subject to the Website Standard Procedures
Customer has the right to place the Order;
Customer elaborate and clarify the terms and conditions of Services provision by consulting with the Company;
Customer receive the Report;
Customer order Additional Services;
Customer cancel the Order prior it is processed, subject to Website Rules of Conduct and this Agreement;
Customer must be abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and Website Rules of Conduct;
Customer shall not place any Orders which may violate the effective legislature of Customer’s country of registration and not circumvent the Company by placing any contact details on any Website area with open public access, if these data may be used for the direct link between the Customer and the Developer without the Company participation;
Customer shall satisfy himself of the compliance of the Report with his expectations and requirements before placing an order.No part of the report can be, lent, resold or disclosed to non-customers without written permission.No part may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the permission of the publisher.
Customer shall provide the Company with the right to use at no expense any information placed by the Customer or User at the Website,and to commit in a sincerity manner to the fulfillment of all responsibilities arising from the use of the Services and Additional Services offered at the Website; Customer shall hereby agree to commit in a sincerity manner to the fulfillment of all responsibilities arising from the use of the Services and Additional Services offered at the Website.

Market Monitor Global

Market Monitor Global impose, cancel and alter, at its sole discretion, the fee for the Additional Services, subject;
Market Monitor Global edit and/or delete any contributions
Comments or other entries (including Orders) made by User if these entries violate and/or contradict to this Agreement, infringe upon the laws valid in the country of the User and the Company;
As well as in other cases at the Company’s discretion;
Market Monitor Global use and distribute any data provided by Users. The use of such data is based on non-exclusive rights and is exempt from time and geographical limitations;
Market Monitor Global deny access, refuse to respond, or otherwise limit usage of the Website, for any reason, at any time;
Market Monitor Global shall provide each and every User with an individually-authorized access to the information designated for this User. However, due to the nature of the Internet and network connections, the Company can not and does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or speed of access to the Website;
Market Monitor Global hereby agrees to accept, process and place Orders on the Website and render Additional Services to Users, subject to the payment made.We duly provide the required support to maintain the interaction and mutual transaction between the Parties, subject to this Agreement;
In the event the payment for the Additional Services is imposed/altered/cancelled, the Company shall notify Users in advance by changing relevant documents and by posting special notices at the appropriate areas of the Website. Should any changes occur in the terms and conditions of this Agreement or Website Rules of Conduct, the above notification procedure shall be used. When applicable, direct e-mailing can be applied;
Market Monitor Global shall not disclose any information (including e-mail addresses) obtained from the Users to third party for the purpose of preventing any “spamming” (unwanted and unsolicited e-mails).
